Enjoy Smith Mountain Lake in this 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 6-8 people. Bring your boat and use our boat slip with lift. There are Four Kayaks available to use with life jackets. Relax at the pool or sit in the jacuzzi at the club house after playing a game of tennis! Go fishing down near docks and transport yourself there by golf cart to save your energy for the fun on the lake. At end of day cook out on the patio and watch the sunset over the lake. This condo is minutes away to Bridgewater plaza where all the restaurants and shops are. You are minutes away from grocery store and local churches. During the summer months the condo is rented for one week at a time. In off-season it can be rented for a minimum of four days. PLEASE READ THE HOA RULES PRESENT IN THE CONDO UPON ARRIVAL.

Summary: This was our third time staying at this property and it was just as lovely as we remembered it! Great location with easy access to lake & pool, and golf cart is a nice bonus. Very clean and comfortable. Look forward to staying again in the future.
